Terms of Service

EverPage.life is a digital SaaS platform for creating online memorial pages. We sell software and hosted server access. We do not sell physical goods, engraved stones, funeral, burial, or cemetery services. Nothing is shipped.

The Standard or Premium fee is a one-time payment for digital content: hosting one memorial page and delivering QR files. It is not a subscription and not a charge for a physical item.

You confirm you have the right to upload the photographs and text you add. We may remove unlawful or abusive content. A paid page stays published while EverPage.life operates. We do not promise a fixed number of years.

You must be 18 or older to create an account and pay. The purchase is digital content only. Where Paddle is connected, Paddle acts as merchant of record and handles VAT or sales tax on the receipt.
